SITE analysis SURVEYS
A site analysis plan is a plan that’s used to gain an overview of a site and its context, including any development constraints or opportunities. Site analysis looks at features such as structures, pipes, roads, landscaping, lighting and more to allow for good site planning.
A site analysis plan is often necessary due to council development requirements, with the plan helping the council to assess a proposed development. These plans are also vital for planning a development in terms of landscape features and orientation.

ENGINEERING SURVEYING
We ensure that your project is constructed exactly as is laid out in plans. This is achieved through our precise methodology and rigorous quality assurance systems.
Areas of expertise include:
-
Grid lines, concrete, and steel structures setout
-
As-constructed surveys to compare finished build to endorsed plans
-
Road, kerb, earthworks and civil setout
-
House, apartment complexes, warehouses, townhouses and schools setout
-
Monitoring surveys
03.
TITLE RE-ESTABLISHMENT
A title re-establishment survey is mandatory for subdivisions and when building on a boundary and identify land that is in your possession and land that you own. This process involves:
-
Determining the location of the title boundaries relative to existing occupation surrounding the site
-
Marking title boundaries
-
Identifying issues and rights regarding the title
-
Providing a Re-establishment Plan to indicate any issues
-
Advice on issues and your rights
These are used when:
-
Construction is going to occur on or near the title boundary
-
Helping to settle and avoid fencing disputes with neighbours
-
Verifying boundaries when buying or selling property
04.
construction set out
We complete Civil works that require setout for construction purposes such as roads, services, boreholes and buildings. This allows the construction to occur in the correct location as per the design specification. Set Out services cover the various stages of the construction
process and include:
-
Plumbing set out
-
Excavation set out
-
Brickwork set out
-
Concreting set out
05.
MACHINE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
We apply the latest excavation & survey technology, including the Trimble Earthworks Grade Control Platform and Trimble WorksManager Software to wirelessly transfer data such as 3D designs to the construction site. This increases the safety, productivity and profitability of our customers projects.

FEATURE & LEVELS SURVEY
When constructing an extension, new dwelling or development, it is important to know the levels
and significant features of your site. The location of vegetation, services (both underground and above ground),
street crossovers, dwellings, windows and other information can all influence the design and construction
of a new development.
A Feature Survey assists in identifying these critical features. These plans are aimed to help design a project
that is sensitive to the surrounding area and is compliant with the requirements of Rescode.
07.
drone aerial mapping
Drone survey uses drones to capture data with the help of downward-facing sensors. With this data 3D models,
or elevation models of the project area are created using photogrammetry software.
We can extract volumetric
measurement or high-accurate distances using these maps.
Benefits of drone:
- Drones can fly at much lower altitude, capturing hi-res, highly accurate data.
- Cost savings can be achieved using this method vs. satellite or aircraft.
Equipped with high-end surveying drones and a crew of skilled surveyors, we deliver results
faster, enabling our clients to make agile decisions much more quickly.
